Notice Of Availability – Federal Finding of No Significant Impact/Record Of Decision

The Federal Aviation Administration has approved a Finding of No Significant Impact/Record of Decision (FONSI/ROD) for the improvements identified at the Medicine Lodge Municipal Airport (K51) Medicine Lodge, Kansas. The FONSI/ROD is available to the public according to Part 1506 of the Council On Environmental Quality Regulations concerning the implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act.

Barber County Development’s (BCD) facade improvement program. – Closed

 The highlights are:

The program will have a pool of $20,000.00

Improvements matched up to $1,000 per business

Planned improvements must be approved by BCD

Applicants must submit a brief description of the planned improvements to BCD

After completion of improvements submit invoices with proof of payment to be reimbursed by BCD within 30 days.
